Do you accept Insurance or Medicare?

We are sorry, but we are unable to file insurance claims for you. That is not to say that you cannot get reimbursed. We e-mail an order receipt to every customer once the order has been placed online. From there, the customer can use this receipt to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement. However, we cannot guarantee reimbursement because that is between the customer and the insurance company.
